"Matthew Pickett and his team at Reddi Services were amazing!! We moved to Blue Springs, MO just this past summer and had heard through the grapevine he was "the guy to go to" if you have any heating/appliance/etc problems. Well come the first day it was cold out, we turned on our very old furnace, and of course it didn't work. So we called Matthew Pickett, he came over the very next day, explained what was wrong, why it was dangerous to not replace our furnace, was patient with explaining all our options/costs/etc. And then he and his team were able to come over THE VERY NEXT DAY to install our furnace so we didn't have to be cold for long as winter weather was FAST approaching. Matthew and his wife even offered us there own personal space heaters should we need them. Overall, Matthew and his team gave us great service, fast service, and for an amazing price. "I am not very good at taking the time to write reviews, but my exceptional experience with Town & Country Heating & Cooling deserves my time. Owen and his crew recently replaced the boiler system in our home. We purchased a foreclosure 2 1/2 years ago and have spent 2 winters struggling with the existing system. We have worked with 3 other companies prior to finding Town & Country and were left with unresolved problems, resulting in limited heat, and obvious sales pitches that were not solely aimed at meeting our needs. I have truly learned that there are way too many contractors out there that are mostly focused on making the maximum amount of money. I found Town & Country's website, was attracted to their unique marketing scheme, and read carefully. They have a page titled "Why We Are Different". Though I questioned whether or not all of these things could be true, it was exactly what I have looked for in a contractor, but have never found. With great hope, I made my call. Owen, the owner, visited the next day. As we were about a week away from extreme cold conditions and had no heat, the response was amazing. Owen is knowledgeable, kind and honest. Based on this, I believed his opinion that we really needed to replace the system and the decision was so much easier having found someone that I trusted. He provided a fair estimate that met my expectations. He referred us to obtaining financing and followed the process carefully via his relationship with the bank. Our experience with the bank was excellent and we were approved. Two days after Owen's initial visit, they arrived to start removing the old system. The full removal and installation took just 1 1/2 days and we had heat. Amazing. His crew was friendly, professional and meticulous. Communication was excellent. I got text messages that said they were on their way. Owen stopped by numerous times during the process to oversee things. The final installation could not be more perfect. I was surprised at how visually detailed everything is put together. And, our house has never been more comfortable in the winter. Within a day, the temperatures dropped to the 20s and we truly felt saved. To top it off, Owen expressed so many thanks for our business. He even sent a personally written thank you note. Our gratitude goes out to Owen, his crew and entire company. I hope this review encourages many people to choose Town & Country. They truly are completely different than other contractors. They are exceeding their goals and their promises and I wish them the greatest success in the future."

"Our water drain valve broke out of the tank on Tuesday afternoon. We needed a replacement asap and called KC Metro on Wednesday morning around 8:00 am. Kyle came out with a new water heater by 9:30 am and was done around noon. Very professional and conscientious!! If you need a good plumber, call KC Metro. I'll be working with them again for any future needs"

"I had the owner Jacob over to the house on more than one occasion. He changed out my blower motor on my central air. He fixed my hot water heater on 2 separate occasions. He did a service call on my outside unit got it all cleaned up and functioning properly. Jake has came to the rescue when I clipped my thermostat wire with my weed eater. He installed a complete unit top to bottom including new line sets and proper wiring at a rental house for my sister. I highly recommend this company."

"We recently purchased a foreclosure which had an 18 YO electric water heater. I decided we should replace that sooner rather than later. There are several new options such as tankless and heat pump models. I have typically chosen gas water heaters in the past for efficiency and quick recovery. Since the house never had a gas water heater, I would have to go high efficiency in order to use PVC out the side of the house for supply and exhaust. Through all my research, I settled on a gas tankless. I put out bids on HomeAdvisor and Angie's List and one of those that reached out was Zack at Mac Wilson Plumbing. Zack sounded knowledgeable, he answered my questions, and his prices seemed fair. Zack recommended a Navien tankless which seemed like a good product, so we went forward. I had to have the gas company upgrade the gas meter and run an electric outlet to where the tankless would reside prior to installation. Zack had our new water heater installed just prior to our move in. He had to order a stand for the new water heater and had to make a couple trips to work everything out, but he did not complain. He routed the supply and exhaust PVC piping smartly. They also brought the plumbing up to code by adding an expansion tank and pressure regulator. They also replaced the leaking globe valves with newer ball valve. Furthermore, they put in quick disconnects for the existing water softener with shut off valves so I can easily replace it down the road. He also installed new ball valve for our new whole house steam humidifier that the HVAC company would not do. They were quick and efficient and did excellent work. They also went the extra mile and ran a PVC drain for my water softener and tied it into the HVAC drain. My plumbing now looks modern and clean. Lastly, Zack added a gas line for a gas dryer and gas cooktop at a later time as he is a busy guy and Covid messed with his staffing during our project. I felt his reasonable prices for the great work he did worth the wait. On a personal note, Zack had a key to our home so he could let himself in and I managed to lock us out of our home one night early on. I called Zack in desperation and he promptly came over and let us in, not expecting anything in return. That speaks volumes about who this man is. The Navien tankless water heater is excellent, and I highly recommend them if you are building a new home or upgrading your existing hot water tank. I can run multiple showers simultaneously, back to back, and never run out of hot water. I would highly recommend Zack and Mac Wilson Plumbing due to their excellent work and fair prices. Zack is proficient in his trade, honest, and a man of integrity which is hard to find in the residential building trades these days. I have my plumber and plan to use him for future projects and/or plumbing problems."
