"I got a call back on my cell phone that night! Aaron, one of the owners, said they would be able to clean our windows the following day for a very reasonable price of $149. They were already booked, but said that they could come in the evening if we did not mind. The next afternoon, they called me to let me know that they had wrapped up their other jobs early and could start our house early. They were finished by 5:30, way ahead of schedule. The did an excellent job. They even threw in cleaning a few internal windows that were smeared by the home cleaning group before they left. The co-owners are great and are doing the work themselves. I could not have been more pleased with there responsiveness, customer service, communication, and service. I would recommend them to anyone! Too bad there is not an A+ rating. The film was difficult to see through and had a lot of bubbles in it that I couldn't get out, even with a squeegee. They arrived on time--actually a little early--and promptly went to work. One did one job while the other did another; they got the entire job done within about 40 minutes. They cleaned up after themselves extremely well. "The installation job was great and almost a year later, there have been absolutely no problems. Our home is actually comfortable during the brutal Missouri summers. Prior to the tinting installation, our AC would run all day and never catch up. Not it runs and stops when it catches up. There hasn't really been an impact during winter as it's easier to heat the home but we still are not needing any of our fireplaces like we were before the installation."
