"Rob was fantastic. i had an 80yr old cast flange finally rot out at one on the slots. Called Rob, a rough estimate was provided and time of arrival established. He was early, well spoken and cleanly dressed. He applied boot covers as it was wet/snowy outside. He replaced the flange and poured a new joint, adding additional support by anchoring the flange to subfloor. This was not done previously but again the house is 80yrs old. We had purchased a new toilet and asked him to replace our old one with the new. This was not part of the scope of work, but he did so without complaining or trying to reschedule. He cleaned the area and it looked as it did when he arrived. Everything looks great! New toilet works great! No more wobbly toilet. Highly recommend his work."

"We were dealing with a relatively major leak in a very old tub/shower. We're planning on a complete re-do within the next few months, but couldn't survive as is and didn't want an expensive replacement that we'd just rip out in a couple of weeks. He told us he wouldn't leave until he had it fixed and he was a man of his word. He was able to rebuild stems that were at least 30-40 years old. He stopped our leaks and got us fixed so we now have months before we need to get someone in to rehab the bathroom. It's the difference between negotiating a rehab standing on a tightrope and negotiating one with your feet planted firmly on the floor. I have no doubt that he saved us more on the rehab than we payed for the repair. He also installed a new kitchen faucet while he was there. He was very responsive via email as we worked to schedule a time for his crew to come do the work, which was mainly water tank and heating system maintenance.
