"Being new to the Reading area, we were at the mercy of this vendor. Their service can't be beat! Even their sub contractors were excellent! The sales people were all polite and the owners of the company are friendly and very accommodating. When we discovered that my (very expensive) Dyson vacuum could not be used on the Mohawk carpet in the family room, Tom (the owner) advised that they would buy me a new vacuum....at their expense!
