The guys were terrific, it was a tough job in that part of the fence went through fairly heavy vegetation that required a lot of work to remove the old fence. We are very happy with the work and results. I would recommend and we will use again when it comes time to replace some privacy fencing we have in the next few years."

"They really did an exceptional job. The deck rebuild was a complicated job. The deck wasn’t built correctly originally so CM Contracting had to extensively modify the structure. They really did a great job. The deck looks really great, and I think I now have the strongest deck in the Lehigh Valley. The chimney work was a big concern of mine going into the job. The previous owner of the house let the chimney cap rust, and the rust stains ran down the Dryvit. It really looked bad. Chris worked with his paint supplier to get the color to match perfectly. He had Sherwin Williams out to my house on several occasions because Chris wanted it done right. It far exceeded my expectations, and now looks perfect. The caulking and power washing all went well too. I would highly recommend CM Contracting. Chris is very responsive. We would communicate often via phone or txt. His crew is great too. "Great. They return phone calls and show up when they say they will. You should be clear with them if you want to be contacted by phone, email or text. The first time they didn't have a tall enough ladder (my house is unusually tall) and said they'd return the next day to do the job, and sure enough they were back the next day at 9am. The handyman was also very friendly. I definitely plan on calling them in the spring for some projects I'll need done then."

THEY KNEW THE NEED FOR THIS FENCE, WAS TO PREVENT OUR NEW PET DOG, FROM ESCAPING OUT OF OUR YARD, ON THE DAY THEY FINALLY COMPLETED IT, I WAS CALLED TO GO OVER TO HELP MY NEIGBOR, WHEN I GOT BACK, THE FENCE CREW LEFT, BEFORE I COULD LOOK OVER THERE WORK, MY WIFE GAVE THEM OUR CHECK. I SOON DISCOVERED THEY DID NOT HAVE THE FENCE BOTTOM CLOSE ENOUGH TO THE GROUND, TO KEEP OUR PET DOG FROM ESCAPING UNDER IT. I CALLED THERE OFFICE AS SOON AS I COULD, AND LEFT A MESSAGE THAT THEY NEEDED TO RETURN TO SEE IF THEY COULD LOWER THE FENCE TO THE GROUND. THEY HAD THE CONTRACTOR WIFE RETURN THE NEXT DAY TO LOOK THE PROBLEM OVER. I GAVE HER A COUPLE OF I IDEAS. THAT WAS SEVERAL DAYS AGO, AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVE ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM."
