Get matched with top metal siding: repairer or partially replacers in Reading, PA

"New partial siding that was installed looks great. It was a much needed repair and I am glad I chose Home Genius to complete the work. Communication with on site install team and Project Manager was great."

"Very professional group. Work was performed in three days and included a complete tear down and replacement of the siding, facia, soffit and gutters. Top quality material was used across the board. House looks better than new."

"The initial call to the company was facilitated by Shirley, who was very nice, professional and helped to schedule a date and time we could be home for Carlos, who provided the evaluation of our existing roof, gutter and skylight. He provided paperwork, the estimate and honored our desire to read the contract and discuss our options after he left.  He did not hassle or push for us to accept and sign the contract. Carlos was professional, prompt and thorough. During the evaluation he was sure to make the measurements to the roof and skylight so the estimate would be as accurate as could be.  Carlos answered all questions our discussions, and during the phone calls to confirm the roof and gutter replacement.  On the day of the service, for some reason the battery lost its charge, and I was not able to move the car.  The crew led by Sandy was kind, considerate and covered the car with their tarp. They told me that "it's okay", (after I apologized over and over). Although not directly in their way, they still had to make sure none of the shingles, supplies or the Equipter hit the car. All members of the crew tolerated my questions periodically throughout the day, and were very polite while providing a brief explanation of what they were doing. All members of the crew knew their assignment, and worked throughout the entire day, with the exception of their lunch break. Carlos came to the house, went on the roof, and checked on the progress. The roof looks great, the gutters/downspout are great and the skylight replacement provides us with the new and fresh view.  The shed roof has new and fresh look, with the old tattered shingles and damaged deck boards replacement. Carlos said he was present when the old gutters were removed so he could confirm if the soffit boards would require replacement. I told him beforehand to replace the wood if it was bad or rotted.  Following the completion of the entire project, Carlos came to the house to be able to see the gutter that I inquired about during a follow up phone call. When I returned home from work that day, the tiny adjustment was made to our satisfaction.  Financing was also made available to us if we needed it.

"So here is how it goes... hail damage everywhere around me. I called another company to get it looked at and they let me know I had damage... I contacted my insurance company and they came out and DENIED me a claim... Insurance company told me I could have an adjuster come out a second time. but it might not be worth it because they would not really probably see anything different. Knowing the houses on both sides of me had damage and I could see visible damage on my roof since I had part of a shingle in by front flower bed, I knew my house had suffered hail damage. In my neighborhood, I had driven by some of the work of PREMIER SIDING AND ROOFING had done, so I gave them a call. Pete Welsh came out and inspected my house and shed and told me there was a lot of damage to both structures. After he pointed out the damage to me and let me know he would come out and take pictures so I could submit to the insurance company. He advised me to call my insurance company and ask for a second inspection and that he would meet the inspector. I called the insurance company, submitted Pete’s photos and set-up the second inspection. Pete met with the insurance inspector. After the appointment the insurance inspector called me and let me know that Pete and he did find quite a bit of damage to both structures and he would be getting the report together. Premier Siding and Roofing complete the work and did an EXCELLENT job. I have multiple compliments on my house and since then I believe some other home owner in my neighborhood have followed the same path after seeing the remarkable job on my house. My house and shed look amazing!!!!!!! They clean-up after themselves and the foreman answered all of my questions, the professionalism and workmanship from start to finish was excellent. I would defiantly recommended Pete and Premier Siding and Roofing Team for replacement roof and siding……hail damage or no hail damage….. Thank you, Pete, for going to bat for me with my insurance company to make sure my claim didn’t get denied a second time. My house looks amazing and positively pops in the neighborhood…."

"I've used Thermal Quality for the past 16 years on many projects (windows, doors, siding, gutters) and they have always been the best! They care about their service, stand behind their products and offer a competitive price. Can't go wrong with Kevin, Fran, Mitch and the rest of the crew!"

"Requested repair of broken siding on the shed and new roof on shed. Quickly did roofing and I paid him. Did not replace siding saying he could not find replacement trim even after I found supplies needed."

"Mr. Huber was extremely helpful in guiding me through a project to replace my front door and add a storm door to front of the house. He seems to be a very competent carpenter!"

"Simpson's Painting and Repairs painted the exterior of my two story house. They didn't leave until the job was done to their high standards even if it meant coming back to finish some touch up paint. They also built a small balcony on the back of my house and when there wasn't any railing that would look good they built it themselves. On top of all of this their customer service is some of the best I have ever dealt with. I am so thankful I chose Simpson's Painting and Repairs for my balcony to be built and house painted. Fantastic service with reasonable pricing!"

"Dan and his son did a great job repairing a damaged plaster wall. The wall looks new! They also removed a wall/window AC unit and installed window, complete with beautiful new trim around the window. They had to remove siding and cut through the exterior wall of the house to enlarge the opening for the new window. The finished job looks beautiful."
