Hi, my name is Andrey, and I own Instant Home Improvements. I've had my company for two years, but I have seven years of experience in construction. I've worked mostly in northeastern New Jersey. I'm based in Sussex County, but I can travel to the surrounding counties. I have experience remodeling bathrooms, kitchens, and flooring, but my distinguishing skill is my knowledge of drywall installation and spackle application. I do most of the work inside homes. His quality is excellent and he cleans up afterward. I had him open up a wall behind my shower adjacent to an outside wall and put insulation around the pipes so they wouldn’t freeze. He then replaced the Sheetrock, spackled and painted. Even with the continued cold temperatures, I never had any other issues with the pipes freezing. I’ve also used him to fix my outdoor nighttime lighting, install light fixtures, and move electrical outlets. "Todd did a few small projects including installing closet doors and cleaning and painting the deck and a fence. Everything was done on time as promised. The only problem was with power washing of the concrete by the pool. He didn't seem to have the right equipment for this difficult job, so we omitted that, but he did make other suggestions on how to get that accomplished. Overall, a good experience."

"It went very well. It was a pleasure working with Aziz and his team. There was a delay from my side in choosing the flooring. He gladly suspended the project and restarted as soon as I got my side done. Although his pricing was slightly higher than others I had taken quotation from, I chose Aziz as I felt he was more in control of his projects and most importantly he talks less and gets more things done :-)
