He does exactly what he tells you he will do , he put in a Patio door for me when Others were saying it was to much work and the price was WAY much for me to pay, it just could Not be done , HA ! "Dave was AWESOME! Our subflooring needed to be leveled in several places and Dave handled that and installed our new LVP flooring. We had originally planned to use Home Depot but running the risk of having to hire a completely separate contractor to level the sub floors before the Home Depot contractor could begin installing, and having to pay an "additional trip fee" was ridiculous. Based on our previous experience, you never know what you are getting with HD contractors it's a gamble if they're fabulous or not. We found Dave on here and after getting the quote and listening to him speak with passion about flooring, we knew he wanted to do a good job and truly cared. It looks amazing and we are so glad we hired him!"

"The work went well. It was very messy so I recommend anyone hiring this contractor to be prepared for just how messy this project can be. My floors, carpets and furniture were so covered in material leftover from sanding that it took us three days to clean. Everything was white as snow. Also, do not wet the sanding debris, make sure you dry wipe, sweep and vacuum before wiping things down with anything damp/wet. Again, can't stress enough that the final product was great, but the process is messy. Be prepared."
