He broke a bolt during installation and drove to the local hardware store to replace it. He also hauled all the trash away for a small, reasonable extra fee that was negotiated in the spot. Arrived on time and cleaned up afterwards very nicely. So much so that we asked if he would paint the whole sunroom as a second job. We provided the paint, and he came back to paint the walls and trim on the entire room in about a week. He was very meticulous in tapeing the woodwork, and the result was a great paint job, leaving the room much better than it was before! Great job and affordable!"
