"Optimist Technician, Jerome McCarter, came out diagnosed the problem and corrected it. He was punctual, professional, thorough and respectful. He also gave me tips on maintenance of the system. I was delighted that he got the system up and running as it was extremely hot in the house. He did a great job."

"We have agreed to Andy completing several small jobs for us which we estimate will take probably 8 hours. I am in the process of obtains the necessary parts and other materials before setting a definite date. We are communicating directly with each other and estimate it will take 10-14 days to receive the needed materials. I will keep you posted."

"Artificial turf looks good. Some of the plants have died. It's only been five months since the job was completed. All the other items are of fair to poor quality. Concrete areas have to be re-done by another company because it has cracked within days to weeks of it being placed. Concrete splashed on retaining wall which was never removed/cleaned by Andres. Paint on fencing chips away easily. He said he would remove the splashed concrete off the wall but never returned to finish the job. As I stated earlier, I have to pay $3K+ to have the concrete done again. Haven't gone through an entire rain season so still don't know how the drainage system works or not. Would never hire him again."
