These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."

My only concern is that I talked to three diferent people and received a different understanding on what was being done and when. Also there was a miss understanding what I needed to have replaced to ensure the mold did not return. I am now trying to get a price on both supply boxes from my HVAC person to compare with Pure. Depending on what the costs will be I will decide whether to have Pure install or my HVAC company."

"We were very please after our kitchen renovations were done but we did not consent to pictures of our kitchen being placed on line. Within the 3-year warranty, we had to contact Pedro, the owner several times concerning a pipe under the sink that was leaking and the microwave vent. After the three-year warranty was up, he was non-responsive. We left several messages on the companies’ voicemail and sent numerous emails concerning installation of new appliances. During the process of having new appliances installed, Lowe’s informed us, that our water line was not up to code and the microwave was not measured correctly. Therefore, as a result of the waterline not being up to code, the refrigerator and dishwasher could not be installed. I do not recommend doing business with Hdez Cabinets. Thanks TR"
