"Jeff did a great job trouble shooting and setting up my surround sound.  Jeff fixed a Vizio tv for us that kept shutting off after 20 minutes.  The TV issue took longer than I expected, however, it is fixed and working great.  Jeff was diligent about fixing the tv as the troubleshooting on the tv is what took the most time--he could not pin point the cause of the issue.  He finally found the issue, ordered parts, replaced, them and fixed the tv.  I appreciated his professionalism, friendliness, and honesty in service.  I recommend him to anyone needing affordable AV-electronic repairs. <br />"

VITech was able to repair one without any trouble, but the one faucet needed additional parts. I called the owner on Friday and the serviceman, Ed, was here promptly on time the following Monday. It took a while to get that faucet repaired. He was really nice and did a really good job. Both times, the rooms were left very clean. The owner, Vitaliy, and Ed were both very polite and knowledgeable. We are keeping their card and will call them for future projects and to give as referrals."
