Unfortunately, after a few weeks and some more rain, it turned out that the door is still not fully sealed on one side. I got in touch with him since he mentioned there was a 90-day warranty. He did reply and said he would get back to me, but I haven?t heard from him since. The issue is still there, so I?ll probably have to find someone else to fix it and pay for it again."

The tech scares ya by telling you the spring is going to break and door is going to fall. Yes I fell for it $1,683.22 Mistake. Oh and topped off with an auto charge membership that was not explained at all. I cancelled and will NEVER Recommend this company. There are a lot of other companies that are honest, this is not one of them! Oh and tells me my springs are old like early 2000's when the house was constructed in 2023, then says they must have used old parts sitting around for a long time. Yes I fell for it! "
