"Edit review 2/22/2020 Yesterday my irrigation line from the water main broke resulting in water all over my front yard. After calling Reddi Service within an hour Gerald Schutz arrived and within a very short time had cut out the bad section and repaired the connection. He met with me and explained and showed me the problem and how it would be repaired. Upon completing the repair he asked to see the fixed connection and asked me if I had any questions he could answer.He was very friendly and helpful. His level of customer service went above and beyond anything I've seen from previous services. I highly recommend Reddi Services and Gerald Schutz, as he did a great job for us"

"Work was completed but the bill came to about $500.  That was our first house and relatives (other home owners) told us we were completely ripped off and could have purchased and installed a new toilet for that amount. "FANTASTIC experience! Mr. Tutko returned my call quickly, and had a plumber over to our house within just a couple of hours. Jeff Gill was terrific - professional, knowledgeable and helpful. <br /> We were convinced a jet tub upstairs was leaking into and damaging the kitchen ceiling. Jeff found the access door to the tub, and noticed no leaks - but the view was limited. He ultimately needed to cut out a piece of drywall in the kitchen to take a look at the whole situation. When he couldn't find a leak, he continued to search to find the source of the water - turns out, when the home was built, the builders left some fairly good-sized holes open on the exterior. We'd never noticed, Jeff was the first to find them. He's a plumber, so he couldn't do the needed repairs, but he recommended steps we could take on our own to handle the problem, at least temporarily. <br /> He then closed the drywall hole in the kitchen with a couple of screws. We'll get that repaired (should be very easy to do). Totally worth it to know what was really happening with the upstairs plumbing. <br /> I just can't say enough nice things about this company, their professionalism and their quick response! <br /> We will absolutely use Tutko Plumbing again! <br />"

"<p>First of all the owner, Kevan Delaney, came out personally and spent about 3 hours going over all issues and questions.  He used a sewer scope and sewer rooter to identify exactly what needed to be fixed and/or looked into more for my main sewer line.  He identify what needed to be replaced to stop my main water line leak and also looked into how to tie in a water softener.  He explained all the issues and all possible solutions in great detail and provided a very competitive quote (my neighbor had a similar sewer repair done a few months ago and he cost him double!).</p> <p> </p> <p>Kevan and his crew came out on time as expected and without any issues.  The area that needed to be dug up was under the main gas line and cable and above the main electrical lines, so great care had to be taken digging in the area.  They dug up 2 sizable holes to investigate one section of sewer that didn?t look right in the scope and another for the break.  The part that didn?t look right ended up to be a cleanout that was put in incorrectly which they fixed and put salt around and filled in.  The main break ended up to be a foot and a half section that was replaced.  Turns out that it seems very likely that the gas company dug into it when laying their pipe.  They fixed the break while taking pictures along the way to show every step and to aide in my gas company complaint.  Kevan and his crew were very professional and friendly during the whole process.  </p> <p> </p> <p>I would highly recommend H & K Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.</p> <br />"
