"Titan did a great job replacing the windows on our two-story home. It was super hot during the installation, so it took two days. Most of the new windows were double-sashed, so we can open them from the top or bottom. The windows were perfectly installed. The house was totally cleaned, inside and out, where the windows were installed. The owner came by and personally inspected each window before we gave them the payment. It's been almost 2 years since they were installed, they are still operating just like the day they were installed. Although we have not experienced any significant reduction in our utility bill, the direct heat reduction with the windows facing west is incredible. "Re-Bath removed the tub and tile along with molded backing.  They reworked the plumbing and leveled the floor for the shower base.  They replaced baseboards and drywall that had been damaged by water leak.  Also, brought a drawer for vanity where one did not exist.  It was measured incorrectly, so they had a new one made and installed it within the week.  They were neat, clean and professional each day they were here, not just waiting until the end to clean.

Over several years our front door began sticking and the deadbolt lock was not properly closing.  Rick came out and after several attempts to adjust the door determined that the door installation required a reinstall.  He took the frame apart and explained the poor job previously done on installation.  He re-set the door, installed insulation and reinstalled the frame.  His work quality was outstanding.  He was very responsive, timely and his price was very fair for the work that he performed.  I intend to use him again.
