"The windows in our 35 year old home were original and in need of replacing.  Michael, the owner, was prompt, courteous, and professional during the entire process.  At the initial meeting he answered all our questions and gave us some additional options to consider.  I did not feel pressured at any point.  He gave us an estimate of when the job could begin and how long it would take. When we had an unexpected out-of-town trip which delayed the installation for a couple of weeks, Michael delt with it in a polite and professional manner.  When we retured he was able to scheule the installation within a reasonable time.
Michael had two other workers helping with the install.  They were a joy to be around.  They took care to keep the mess to a minimum both inside and outside and when the job was over (2 days) they did an excellent job of cleaning up.  I highly recommend Exteriors of Texas.
