"I will never recommwnd Banks applinances or Angi list to anyone. Preston come out on April 1st to repair refrigerator. Removed some Ice and left stating it was repaired. 3 days later called Preston again to report issues. He stated give it some time to see if it reoccurrs. I called him back on the 11th he came on the May 12th. While moving the refrigerator he DAMAGED my floor. He immediately told me my wife won't notice it and to cut another piece fron under the dishasher. Preston left and I reported to ANGI'S list whpn REFERRED him to me.. At that point he stated he would take responsiablilty for damages. Angi list representative Brittany stated agree to get his own contractor to repair after he didn't agree to my two estimates from Home Depot and Lowes. Preston's contractor did a no show on May 28th and on May 31th. Angis list wadn't helpful. ANGIS'S REFERRED HIM TO ME."

"Awesome customer service upon reaching out to schedule the service, the tech Kevin, was very knowledgeable and professional. I would def recommend this company to others. My daughter had an issue with her appliance right after me and called them as well. She received the same great service."

"Michael offered exceptional customer service. He contacted me expeditiously next day service. Initially called for dryer but after light conversation of his expertise not only did he repair Samsung Dry, Installed GE Stovetop, & GE Microwave. He was very detailed and by far one of the most honest appliance repairman I’ve ever experienced. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. I will recommend his company to anyone I know in need of appliance repair."
