We prefer to use local businesses whenever possible and Chris’ company had excellent reviews. Chris replied promptly and gave us a clear, well documented proposal. The proposal was for a 300W transformer remote smart phone app control for up-lighting 10 driveway trees and converting our driveway entry 120v post lights to low voltage LEDs. They were very thorough in all aspects… job was completed in 1 day and next day Chris came by to get the wifi interface working with our smartphone. "I was having  a problem with water leaking out into the yard from an unknown source. Called several companies (I open the system myself) who said it was probably a defective valve or leaking manifold causing the issue. I asked for a ball park number which ranged from $200 to $325 "depending on what would have to be replaced". I called Quality Irrigation who took the time to ask specific questions on the phone. He came up with the same diagnosis but said with any luck it may be repairable without taking apart the manifold. He came out the next day, literally took the valve apart to find that a stainless steel nut was stuck in the diaphragm causing the value to slow leak and flood the yard. He reassembled the valve, boot up the system and it worked like a charm. He charged me just for his time, $85. I now have a new sprinkler service company! Thank you..."
