They said when the windows would be delivered and when they would start an approximately what time or what day they would end , and it all fell into place . They did a very good job. I don't know how long it took, three days maybe, but after each day, everything was cleaned up, so there was no evidence of them having been there at all except the paint that they put on. They didn't leave any smears or anything on the ground and that was true everyday every time they were there. So, it was very impressive. They came in, they knew exactly what they were doing and got it done quite well. The price was a little high but I had a repair that had to be done on a gable and they have a man who works for them who actually does that. Actually his job is to do any kind of repair on wood and stuff like that. He also helps with the painting but he is a carpenter and so he did that repair and added some decorative material that made it look better. So, I would say that they did a very good job.

"We did almost the entire house through Paul. Some of his workmanship - especially the fine details like small paint splatter, garage floor epoxy coat application, and cabinet painting - was 3 stars at first. Other work he did - installing new plumbing fixtures, bathtub sliding doors, sheet metal exhaust for kitchen - were 5 stars. Paul consistently worked to get it right and make me happy. He was always responsive and available. His attitude is 5 starts. He was open about his costs. Some things dragged on but most remodel contractors suffer from this ailment. Because of the scarcity of tradesmen in Bend/Central Oregon, I recommend learning the history about his subcontractors before they start work on your house. Most were good but a couple did not have the right experience."
