"Demren's open and pleasant personality made it easy for us to decide to use his services. He was very clear in his communication about the processes needed. He came to the house and was quite thorough in examining the two switches we wanted to change to dimmer switches and the foundation access to install two floor outlets. When they arrived to do the work, their careful preparation and organization were impressive. The care that they took in doing the installation was even more impressive. We are extremely happy with the results. We have already passed his card along to others. Should we need any other work done, Demren will be the person we will contact."

"Very professional! The project was challenging but they made it look easy. We love the way the floor turned out- couldnâ t be happier! We will use them again for our next project!"

"The individual that did the consult was very knowledgeable and helpful. The work took 8 days. I would highly recommend just buying new cabinets. The mess after the sanding and install was more than I expected. Some of the cabinets were left with debris and a considerable amount of dust in them, the shelves were not sanded on the ends where they were cut, leaving splinters and the sawdust was in the stove, dishwasher, cabinets that were covered and in the adjoining room. The craftsmanship turned out nice but noticeable that the edges were resurfaced. Itâ s hard to resurface cabinets that are old. The new doors cover the refacing. I feel the pricing is way to high for this type of project."

"I cant express to you in this day and age how amazing they are! They are on time, if late they will call well before they are late, work is spotless, and clean up every. They installed cabinets and look beautiful, I would trust them in my home with me not home."

"Ian repaired an exterior door after someone broke into our garage. He did an excellent, efficient, and clean job. He also installed a deadbolt a security cam. This cold winter caused our door to swell. Ian came out and fixed it for no charge! I highly recommend Ian Douglas Custom Design!"

"Service was prompt, dependable and affordable. The project was completed on time when it was expected. The cost did not exceed the estimate. High quality workmanship on all levels. Any deficiencies were repaired immediately."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Ismail does a great job always when we hire him he has been making cabinets for us for years now every time we made new cabinets for our house or business he made all of cabinets so meticulously that we always go to him for any project we do highly recommend"

"R3 Homes did a great job on a remodel project at our second home. The staff at R3 are very customer oriented. They were continually responsive to what we wanted. Whenever there was an issue or a small change, they listened and did what we wanted without question. We also appreciated that R3 continually made suggestions for improvement as they proceeded with the project. Overall, we are very happy with the work that R3 completed for us and would recommend them to others in the Bend/ Redmond Oregon area. They became a trusted business partner to complete our project very professionally and we sincerely appreciated all of the hard work."
