Project complete included building a rock wall, repairing the fence and another rock wall, making a small patio with flagstone, building a raised bed, removing several shrubs and transplanting 2 shrubs and a small tree. The crew picked up the flagstone, and rocks and also compost to use in the garden. In addition, several indoor projects were building a mantel, doors for a small closet and cabinet and dry covers in the laundry room. Norbert was great to work with and Ali for his carpentry skill, as well as the crew. The all worked hard, were efficient and very professional. "

"Bryan Rodriguez, the owner of Nord Fence, undertook the installation of a covered patio at my property. I am writing to confirm that Bryan and his team failed to execute this job by industry standards and best practices. The company improperly attached a covered terrace to my existing roof. After several expert roofing assessments, it has been determined that their work did not comply with established roofing codes and regulations. Consequently, my entire roof now requires replacement due to the structural integrity being jeopardized by condensation and water damage resulting from the negligent installation. Furthermore, the actions of this company have compromised the integrity of my metal roof, which may expose them to potential liability for damages incurred. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter amicably, Bryan has been unaccountable and has not followed through on any communications. I am deeply concerned about the financial implications of these repair costs and disheartened that a company would engage in such practices that exploit consumers. Given the circumstances, I am considering further legal action to address these grievances and seek appropriate remedies."
