Bluegrass stood out from the beginning when Justin came out to start the quote. He was professional and prepared with sample materials, prior work examples, and brochures from the material companies. He checked with us before making any decisions, even on things that other contractors would have just done – placement of the lighting, corner details, etc. Dan, Casey, and Justin put up incredibly well with our poor behaved dogs (they love people!), and Dan’s work soundtrack was even perfect! I’ve already recommended Bluegrass to a friend, and will be happy to again in the future."

"I am very satisfied with the job that was done. The estimate was the best of the five different companies I called. From the moment I called to make an appointment to the installation everything went smooth. I scheduled an estimate at the time when the company was changing the management. I was notified of that before the appointment. John, salesperson was very courteous, on time, explained everything about the project in great detail. The installation crew with Fernando was very professional , easy to work with. Initial, they brought the wrong time color of stone. I told them about the mistake, they apologized and brought the right kind right away. I know we all make mistakes, but how we resolve the problem - that what matters to me the most. The crew handled the issue very professionally. The work was done in the timely manner. When the crew left the stones were washed and wet. Because of that i didn't see very small defect on one of the stones, but later it started bothering me. My husband was not very concerned, but I decided to contact John and see if the stone can be replaced so it looks perfect to me. Next day Fernando was by my house and fixed everything in the matter of minutes! Now it's the driveway is perfect. Love it! I was also reminded by John that I have 10 years warranty in case anything else needs to be corrected. I would definitely use this company again if I have future projects."
