I had many quotes to repair and waterproof our ADU and I am so glad we chose Creative Home Remodeling to finish our project. Ben led the project so I could focus on my day job, kept me informed daily, reviewed all changes and findings as we went, and kept things on schedule. We decided on solutions together and it’s been a few months now with peace of mind that it was done right. I also liked that they are familiar with small and large projects, mine wasn’t large but was challenging with essentially a re-build of one side of the ADU, the concrete behind it, putting in french doors and stucco/paint. "Eran and his team were great. I had agreed to remodel my bathroom before moving in to my new house. It turned into quite an adventure once structural problems were identified during demo. Eran worked with me on trying to keep the bathroom timeline on track as I worked to get other contractors in to fix the other problems.  And they worked above and beyond in motivating me when the other contractors were late. We did run in to a slowdown at the end of the project and better communication would have been recognized - the problem was with a supplier outside of Eranâ s control. The end result was a slip at the end date for the project. Once everything worked out, I was very happy with the end result."
