"Art was extremely helpful and accommodating at every step of the project, from bidding through scheduling and even some additional work we needed a few weeks later. The team worked efficiently, doing a new main line install (going under our sidewalk and concrete without any demolition), re-piped the horizontal pipes under the house with copper (they were 100 year old galvanized), and setup a new shut off and regulator outside. They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. When we had other contractors working on our foundation 2 weeks later, they bent over backwards to get plumbers out the next day to make some fixes to drain pipe and at an excellent price. I got quotes from three companies and Repipe Pro was the most competitive and also great responsiveness from Art and his wife Thelma who run the business. "I contacted them for a quote and they called me within 10 minutes. Explained what they would do and the cost. (I also had two other quotes, 1 company was a little more expensive, the other quoted long distance rate). We set the date and they explained the cancellation policy. They called the day before the move to re-confirm the time and asked if I had any questions. The next morning two young men, Jason and Serge, arrived on time. They were prompt, professional, hard workers and had a great sense of humor. We walked through the house so they would understand what was being moved. And then they started. They worked fast but were very careful in wrapping and organizing everything. Once loaded, we headed to the new place. Several items needed to be moved out to go to another location which they did very quickly. Then everything was unloaded, we headed to a second location to drop off items and pick one up to return to the condo. Everything was moved without a dent, nick, chip or any breakage. They arranged furniture for me and put together things they had taken apart. They did the complete job in just 5 hours. I would absolutely hire this company again. I was very pleased with them."

"Generally, it went well. I was told exactly what they were going to do before they did the work. The first day, I was taken aback at the price of the work, I assumed the original request would not be such an ordeal, so they allowed me time to consider the work and price while they fixed the toilet. I did decide to go ahead with Top Contender, and I am glad I did. They opened up the wall opposite the faucet, shower head, etc, and found rotten wood, which they replaced, cut away old pipes that were causing electrolysis, reinforced the pipes with staples(not sure of the technical terms), and patched up their work after replacing the shower head, faucet and spout. They were thorough. I had to add additional work to the kitchen faucet problem after cleaning under the sink and notice a crack on the pipe and ask if they would replace it after they fixed the faucet. The issue with the faucet was that it looked like it should have been stuck in the wall a lot further. I wanted to add tile on the wall behind the sink and the faucet stuck out of the wall. The exposed section was covered nicely and I am able to slide the piece, install the tile, and slide the piece back to the wall - problem solved. They did remove the plumbing underneath the sink with new, ABS p-trap assembly. Before they worked in the bathroom, they papered the floor from the front door through the bathroom, used any parts I had on hand, and aired out the bathroom during the entire time. They did clean up, better than most.. not perfect (but I would only notice that).."

He took the time to check out the issue and when he found out that it wasn;t a water line break, he recommended to have another professional services (-A/C) to have a look at it. He didn't push for doing any unnecessary repairs. He even explained to me how to find out if the source of the leak is coming from a water line, Most importantly, he respected the homeowner's cultural practice(s) by removing his shoes before going inside the house-BIG bonus points. Definitely will keep you guys in mind for any plumbing needs."

"Great communication with setting up the date and very flexible on dates and times.  We traded a few emails and phones numbers and he was able to see me on one of my requested dates.
He fixed the leak very quickly, like he had seen the same leak many times. 
He did a great job on the disposal installation.  Installed the cord correctly, the last one was kind of "McGiver'd" in there.  He even took the time to reqquest the fitting in the sink and replaced a missing "O" ring in the faucet.

"I required major work in two bathrooms that consisted of demo to concrete for repairs in blockage to sewer lines and complete replacement of pipes underneath my house which is on a raised foundation. Louie explained very thoroughly what was required and also sent me before and after pictures. The work was done timely and I was very happy with the entire process.
