"Fantastic repair service. Arrived within a couple hours of a weekday afternoon call and quickly gave us reasonable fixed prices for each of the possible problems. Immediately diagnosed the problems correctly, had all the parts on hand but one, and didn't charge extra time to quickly go get it. Replaced evaporator fan in the fridge; bearings, belt and gas valve coils in the dryer. No crazy mark-up on parts. Came back that evening without any hassle or extra charge to deal with a new dryer noise under load and stayed to make sure the dryer was perfectly running. He's personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I would call him first for any appliance repair."

"If I could have left 10 STARS I would have! I called Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend with a failed refrigerator issue. He said he could be here within a two hour window starting at 2:30 the next day...SUNDAY! He said he would take a look at it for a total of $65 INCLUDING travel time! And if a repair was necessary, the $65 would be applied toward that. Was hard to believe...I was skeptical. I texted him that morning asking if he might be able to come a bit earlier and he said he could. He texted me when he was an hour away, then showed up at 1. Perfect! Within ten minutes he had it diagnosed along with his thought saying he wouldn't put that much into it, recommending replacing the unit. Important to know he does not sell appliances. He gave his recommendation as to brands. I paid him the $65 letting him know I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, promptness and honesty. Been a very long time since I have worked with a contractor of this caliber. This morning, via email, I recieved a thank you for the opportunity to serve us as well as a paid receipt. "OK..confirmed it pretty much couldn't be repaired (purchased in 2014). Bought a new DW (Bosch)which has worked well. Disappointed that local appliance store (where appliance purchased) did not respond to calls re problem. So I paid for the service call and new dishwasher. Oh well...life goes on.."
