"SureShine Stone Care And Marble Restoration gave my house a profesional business stature refinishing of all stone work, both Travertine and Marble. They were the nicest, hardest working most honest crew one could imagine, doing Two Bathrooms upstairs and a Kitchen downstairs at the same time, to be done on the same day, always cleaning, polishing and buffing. They produced a great result and fixed a counter chip that needed restoration as well."

"We selected the granite slabs at Marble City's supplier. There was a large selection and we selected two slabs that we liked. Marble City purchased them from the supplier (MSI in Hayward). We were reusing existing cabinets and adding a new island. Although we had dimensioned drawings for the island and its countertop and no template was needed (or made), Marble City wouldn't template the remaining cabinets until the island was on-site. This delayed the project 2 weeks as the countertops could have been fabricated in parallel with the cabinets, rather than sequentially. The install was originally promised for 10 working days after templating. It was actually 12 working days. The island countertop was the wrong size (too wide and wrong shape). It violated Marble City's design rules (15" unsupported overhang vs. 12" maximum for 3cm material). The installers shifted it 1/2" so the overhang was 14-1/2" and said it was OK. They didn't follow the drawing and didn't make a template. When this was brought to their attention, Vladimir was very responsive to remove, recut, and reinstall it. The problem was resolved promptly and is now fine. The fabrication was first rate and the only seam is barely detectable. Edges and corners as requested. All the appointments were on-time and everyone was neat, clean, and pleasant."

"Art installed tile over an existing porch. Art did a wonderful job and the porch looks great. He recommended some tile stores and let us know what was needed. I think the job was more difficult than expected, but he did it graciously and made a second trip to finish the work. Art arrived when scheduled and I could not be happier with the outcome. "This was my first experience with each of the services that Burrous Bros. provided.  I was surprised at what seemed to be a higher cost than I expected.  Frank Burrous explained that the products for sealing and stain resistant treatments are costly.  I decided to proceed with the work since it isn't done very often. <br /> Frank and the Burrous staff were outstanding.  Frank followed with me throughout the scheduling, estimating, and service processes. He asked if I had any questions about the items he estimated or the services that would be performed.  Didier the technician was very professional doing the work and had tools to make sure that the long hose from his van through my home didn't mark up the walls.  He was very methodical and paced himself to ensure that the work was done completely and thoroughly. <br /> Once finished, I was given printed information on what action to take (if any) to keep each of the items optimally clean and, if necessary, to call if there were any issues or dissatisfaction. After the work was completed, I was contacted again by Frank to confirm whether or not I was satisfied with the work done as well as asked if I had any questions. <br /> In my estimation, the name Burrous means GREAT customer satisfaction.  I recommend them to anyone who is considering similar type of cleaning services for their home or business. <br />"
