"Water started leaking from a bedroom ceiling… Even though the leak was probably coming from the chimney flashing, I knew the roof was old enough for replacement. Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

"The renovation was triggered by a structural assessment rather than a leak. Engineers noticed subtle signs of deterioration in several roof-supported elements. Once Royal Renovators Inc started demolition, long-term moisture intrusion became evident in portions of the deck. Damaged sections were removed and replaced before new roofing materials were installed. The project effectively combined structural rehabilitation with roof replacement. Additional reinforcement was incorporated where necessary. By the time the membrane was installed, much of the important work had already happened underneath. The finished roof represented far more than a waterproof surface. It represented a restored structural system"

"I hired King Quality only 2 weeks ago and within the 2 weeks they came to my home, gave me a price, installed the siding and left my house spotless. I was very nervous making the initial call but they put my mind at ease. It was a pleasure working with them from my 1st call into the office speaking to the ladies then speaking with Jeff to the crew foreman Billy. They definitely lived up to there name. I received King quality!"
