"Klaus moved our wired electric panel and re-wired the entire kitchen. He added amazing lighting including recessed lighting, under counter lighting and toe kick lighting. He installed relocated electrical receptacles for the dishwasher, garbage disposal and water pump. Did beautiful finish work. Very good at communicating and saying yes when I asked for more. Pricing very reasonable. Very dependable and amicable. Highly recommended."

So, I google and right away Angi came up, I smiled, remembering all the ads I had seen. So I reached out; in seconds I had four qualified electrician to answer. He gave me his expert advice. I also shared my budget and he took that into consideration. He came out to see the job as soon as I contacted him. We agreed on the price and date. "Murphy Family Electric is an awesome company with very competent technicians and reasonable rates. They make the whole process pretty straightforward. I had used them to get my Tesla charger in 2018 (Cost: $799 including material). I was so impressed with their work that when I had a complex electrical job - installing a new 120v outlet requiring a new wire from the circuit breaker - I did not get any quotes but just booked them. That job was done very professionally as well (Cost: $949). Fast forward to Mar 2025, my tesla charger had problems with over heating and intermittent power loss. I called Murphy Family Electric and they sent a technician the same day who came and adjusted/cleaned the connections and spent 30 mins fixing the problem. And to my surprise the company did not even charge me anything for this. So on top of everything else you can add absolutely fantastic customer service to their list of attributes."

Not only was our home and its contents treated as if they lived here, the job was done professionally. So much so, that the only issue we had was when the switch/outlet face plate screws came loose. "I contacted George based on the reviews here and had a truly great experience.  I could not have hoped for someone more professional, courteous and thorough.  His team was large enough to get the job done quickly and properly all while doing a great job. 
From the initial quote to getting the work done, George was punctual, responsive to texts and phone calls.  He made good suggestions to make our house look great and the execution was spot on.  We needed to have some porch railing bars replaced and instead of replacing the whole railing, he suggested replacing just the vertical posts that were damaged.  After painting, I could not tell original from repaired ones and the painting job was excellent.  He also made sure there was an extra coat of paint put on an exterior section of the house that he repaired to make sure it stood up to the sun and rain.
On the inside of the house, he repainted all of the walls and a couple of ceilings.  His team spackled blemishes, sanded and painted.  It is amazing and the house looks brand new!  There was no paint splatter on the carpet or floors and the edging was skilfully done. 
After all of this work, I only found a couple of spots that needed touch ups and he came by and promptly fixed these.
Overall, he and his team made this experience really easy and the result is fantastic.  I would highly recommend George and his team and we'll be using his services in the future!

"We experienced an electrical surge caused by a neutral ground fault from the electrical supplier.  Septic tank controller/Alarm/Timer was damaged and was not working.  I contacted highpointe electrical to diagnose the repair.  My first impression of the owner, Mr. Johnson was outstanding.  He Immediately  responded to my call and we agreed on an appointment time.  He called before arriving at my location with an arrival time he expected to be on site within 10 Min window.  Lo and behold he arrived exactly at the time he said he would.  That started our professional relationship on a very positive note.  He inspected the controller and determined that it was not repairable and needed to be replaced.  I ordered a replacement and we agreed on a date to install the controller.  Again he arrived at the time agreed upon exactly.  He proceeded to reconfigure the mounting pedestal and installed the controller to my complete satisfaction.  He made sure that the pump controller worked with the existing tank mechanics before leaving.  I would recommend this company to anyone who need electrical repair."
