He follows what appears to be an established procedure and is careful to treat the unit as if it were his own. He willingly and patiently answers questions in a way that anyone will understand. He gives the impression that, while he is at my home, that his time and attention are devoted to meeting my requirements - without unnecessary distraction. He asked about my interest in establishing WiFi monitoring and assisted me in successfully establishing the connection on my cell phone.
