They did a great job diagnozing the issue and replacing the pump. They also did tune up for the water pump equipment indoors and explained me how to bleed the water before turning on the water. "This was the most pleasant experience I have had with a home service company.  I called at 7AM in the morning and spoke with the owner. He took the time to listen to what the issue was and discuss the different possible causes of the problem. Initially, they mentioned they couldn't come out the same day, but he sounded willing to work things out if necessary.  However, this wasn't an necessary because I still had water running in my house. <br /> <br /> Later in the morning, the owner contacted me to see if I was available to have the work done. Another job couldn't be completed, so they were available. They showed up about 10:30AM that day.  The crew performing the work was very pleasant and again willing to explain what they would do.  They got right to work in a very profession pace.  Once they pulled the pump out, they educated me on what was broken, my options, and how they would proceed.  I'm a curious engineer, so I probably asked more questions than the typical customer. <br /> <br /> Although all I needed was to replace the down pipe, I opted to replace the pump as well.  But don't think they tried to convince me to do things that weren't needed.  That wasn't the case at all.  Instead, they told me what was required to fix the problem and said the pump was probably perfectly fine. But since the pump was 30+ years old, I thought it would be better to replace it. <br /> <br /> During the process, they inspected and adjusted various well related items to make sure everything was in tip top shape. And all this only took 2 hours.  Now the water pressure in my house is the best it has ever been.  Had to warn the family about the increased water pressure in the showers. <br /> <br />"
