"I called Stan this morning (Thursday) around 10:00am. He said that he could come by this afternoon. I asked if he had any idea about time and he said after 2:00pm. I told him that would be good. At 5:00pm I called Stan and asked if he was still planning on coming. His statement was that he got tied up on a job and forgot about us. He asked if Monday would be ok. I said how about tomorrow. At that point he recommended another individual. I look the other company up on Angies List. Not only did this person not have insurance, he only had 4 reviews which consisted of 2 A's, 1 B and 1 F. With this information, I definitely would not have hired this person. Extremely disappointed. (Update) I would like to add that he did come out on Monday, as to his second promise to come to our house. Timely and professional. He advised that the issue was not an appliance problem, but a plumber issue."

"Great... After going with 2 different companies with no success. I am very pleased with J&J getting the job right the first time. This is the only appliance repair company I will use and Recommend"

"Things couldn’t have gone more smoothly with Craig’s help. I needed a burner replaced in my stove. Craig contacted me and quoted me a very fair price to come out and do the work. He arrived on time with his assistant. They were both very polite and professional, and got the job done perfectly. Craig even took the time to check the switch on the stove to see if that was the problem and was able to rule that out. Overall it was a very good experience and I highly recommend Craig for all your handy work needs. I will be calling on him again for any future projects I have."

"Went well. Technicians need to be trained to perform safety procedures for appliances maintenance checks. Making sure appliances being worked on are properly functioning and safe to use for customer. The customer should not be telling or begging technicians to perform safety checks on appliances. More training is needed please. Thank you for your service."
