I'm sure W.S.H. has other qualified installers but for me I'd request these two gentlemen should I need a second shower or tub replaced. Shame I can only leave 5 stars."

"The overall project took about three months. The construction, wiring and plumbing were done effectively and decently. Several things weren't explained very well, if at all. My biggest complaint is that two different items we bought (which we were told would be reimbursed) were not looked at ahead of time. The plumbing was done incorrectly so the shower kit we really wanted couldn't be used. The shower rod wouldn't fit after the tiling. Checking items the client wants to use beforehand is common sense. Pretty disappointing, especially since we bought it toward the beginning of the project so it couldn't be returned (and wasn't reimbursed). J. Ashley did come out after the project was finished to repair an outlet, which was above and beyond his contractual obligations. I would recommend J Ashely for smaller, straight forward work like flooring, but not for anything major or complicated."

We were dealing with the worst possible Insurance Adjuster and Steve was in our corner the whole time. He worked very hard to get us back into our home as fast as possible. "I recently had the pleasure of working with A Plus Home Remodeling for a comprehensive renovation of my home, and I am happy with the results. From the floor joists to the roof, they handled everything with professionalism and care. The team did a good job on many aspects of the project, including the installation of a new AC system, tiled showers, and a custom master bathroom. Their attention to detail could have been better. I had white subway tile with black grout installed, and it shows all the imperfections. It's hard to see small marks or holes in the grout, even after it was fixed three times. There were a few parts of the project that were just **OK**, but overall, I am satisfied with the outcome. The transformation of my home has been incredible, and I am excited to live in a safe and beautifully renovated space with my family. We did go over budget, but this was because we discovered additional needs for the house along the way. like a new AC and heating system, plus a new septic and full plumbing through out the house. Carlos was incredibly accommodating and worked with our budget to ensure we could still afford the necessary improvements. There were some issues with the electrical work and some of the finishings that were not completed to our liking. However, Carlos addressed these issues promptly and was willing to come back and fix them to ensure we were satisfied customers.
