"I woke up Saturday morning to the sound of the wind ripping the siding off one side of my house. I started looking online for siding repair but the companies who said they did repair actually only would completely redo the siding for the entire house. I got a call from Rave Renovation around 11:30 AM. Brian came out a little later to look at the damage and said it could be repaired without taking down all the siding on the side of the house. He sent someone out a couple of hours later who did the repairs even with the wind still blowing strongly. He was very professional and friendly and did a great job. We wanted a particular cleaning products used and he used them.  It was easy to schedule the work and they came/left when they said that they would.   The decks were all painted with rollers and brushes.  The underside of the decks were sprayed - all techniques were done with care and everything was cleaned up when they left.  They protected everything that wasn't supposed to be painted.  We were happy with the entire process and it looks beautiful.  I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

I'm a demanding customer and want the work done in a specific way.  My problem was that the quote was not specific enough to include all of the many details discussed.  As a result, there were a few misunderstandings, but to their credit, they did everything I asked.
