The plumber they sent was on time, friendly, honest (he didn't try to upsell me models) and was less than a third the price of the 1st company I had called. Thankful for a company I can trust, I will absolutely use them again in the future!"

Service man arrived on time as scheduled. Took time to describe what he was going to do, the approximate time it would take and what we could expect with the finished product. The young man doing the work was very professional, making certain to protect every surface in the bathroom that would be affected by the glazing process. Once finished, thorough instructions were given as to care and maintenance of the refinished tub. Clean-up was thorough. The expelling of fumes during the process was such that minimal fumes from the glazing was noticeable in the house. Very pleased with the process and the overall workmanship experienced. Would use this company again.

"I am extremely pleased with the job completed by Jason and his team. This team is professional and very attuned to detail. There were a few things, not related to the kitchen, that came up during the project, which I asked the team to address. They handled them and still were able to work on the kitchen project. The team worked up until they had to wait on the counter top installation; then, returned and finished the job. The job was started on 5/20/19 and was finished on 6/21/19. I highly recommend Honey Do's Solutions, which I have used for other projects."

"I am very, very happy with the beautiful job that Signature KB did in remodeling my kitchen and two bathrooms. Linda did a superb job at helping me design and visualize my project, sending me to great places, coming up with suggestion after suggestion when I was unsure of my options. Their choices for cabinets, hardware, faucets, countertop materials and the like were endless and I was very happy with where Linda sent me to pick out my appliances and granite. The contractor with which Linda worked, Thacker Construction, was very good, and very timely once the counter tops were ready to be installed. The reason for 4 stars as opposed to all 5 is that I had no idea that touch-up painting was not included. There were a lot of places where the wall that was newly exposed or created was either bare or had previous wall color/coverings, and I did not realize that the job was considered "completed" without the considerable amount of painting that needed to be done. I did suggest to Linda that that fact be shared with the client early on, so that no one is taken by surprise and left to their own devises! Other than that, I am entirely pleased and love living in and showing off my newly remodeled rooms!"

"We had a very good experience with our Bathroom Remodel. Basically, the bathroom was gutted. Dylan was the representative that helped us through the design process. He brought all samples to our home to make choices. He was patient, knowledgeable, and overall, very pleasant to work with. Ben and Kellan performed the work on the project. They were very professional, and extremely hard working! They literally took lunch breaks and other than that worked the entire day without breaking. They were quiet as can be, they didn't have any music playing or even receive private phone calls. They cleaned up after themselves each evening before they left. Extremely pleasant to have in our home. They kept us informed along the way and paid attention to detail. We couldn't be happier with the end results, job well done. "Vic went out of his way to repair my trusty 34 year old Whirlpool electric oven. We gave him the model number and size. He drove all the way downtown to pick up the item on a cold winter day. He arrived exactly on time -- only 24 hours after first our phone contact with him. Vic replaced the part and checked out the entire oven to make sure it was ok. He also gave his opinion on the rest of the appliances in the kitchen. He even gave me an Angie's List discount without me asking for it. In the future, I will definitely book Vic and his talented family who run "American Appliance" on Manchester Road!"

"Reggie and his assistant were great. He provided a couple options for me. I ended-up going with the simple clean-out for $179 which included a 30-day warranty on the work. He also helped me understand how our drainage is routed under the basement floor as we prepare for some renovation work."

"The entire experience with Josh Dunn and his team went extremely well. I had another contractor over to look at the space, and his estimate was 30k, he really had no good ideas for what to do with the originally awkward layout, and he advised that I should move my two kids (ages 1 and 4) out of the upstairs during the remodel. Josh walked in and immediately envisioned what to do with the space and came in with a lower estimate. He and Mike worked meticulously, controlled dust, and cleaned up every afternoon before they left. They did any and all sawing and tile-cutting outside. My baby took naps in the basement, but both my kids slept at night in their own beds in their rooms, and I never worried about dust. Josh and Mike are polite and professional, keep you informed of the process, and are also very good at what they do. No drywall seam is visible, no tile is crooked, and the paint job is extremely clean. Our remodel was extensive enough that we needed city (Richmond Heights) permits, and that required that separate electricians and plumbers do that work and that everything (electrical, plumbing, building) be inspected two times. All of that slowed things down, but Josh and Mike communicated so well and kept everything so neat that I had no complaints. They also subcontracted out to workers who were as nice and professional as they are. I will have Dunn Home Improvements do any home remodeling project, large or small, that arises in the future."
