"Absolutely no hassles, Zach and Rob came out and we looked at everything that was going to be done together, they explained everything, and their crew executed. Anything I pointed out that needed a little extra attention got fixed right away the way I wanted it, and I couldn't be happier. The crew also did a fantastic job of cleaning up all the debris from the surrounding yard, it was difficult to tell that anyone had been there. They replaced two worn out gutters also, that look perfect. The roofs look good, solid, and with the warranty and commitment of Zach and Rob, I feel no anxiety worrying about anything that might ever need fixed. "Siding Repair Systems does an excellent job in everything they do. If something was seen that was a problem they brought it to our attention so it could be rectified by the next day. With our house that was a daily occurrence. With everything that was done the house is able to keep the heat or cold regulated. When you touch the wall you feel a neutral temperature, the cold or heat does not seep through the walls like it used to.The house is also more sound proof to outside noises i.e wind, rain, barking dogs, people working in the yard (mowing their lawn) early in the morning. Overall the house maintains its temperature making it a comfortable living environment.We love the Pella windows that were installed and plan to replace all windows in our house eventually. The design of the windows make maintenance of the windows very easy and safe."

His installers were professional and were very complete in clean up.The more impressive feature it that Craig has been out to my house a few times after installation to address minor adjustments. He has helped me figure out what happened after gutter guards were installed by another company. He has been very generous in his help and concern for my roof and proper drainage of water away from my home. I could not ask for a more concerned and honest business man."

"I can't say enough about the professionalism and quality of this team from the owner all the way down. They tackled my original list so quickly and competently during my one-day handyman special that I was able to have them do my next list of projects. On the first day they repaired broken wood trim around my front door, replaced antique door knobs, removed and replaced caulk around our tub, replaced light switches, installed a piston on our front door. Through the entire process Jason was not only doing the work, but offering solutions for ways to do it best and improve the end product. I was so impressed I had him price some exterior projects - prepping and painting our deck and front porch, removing rust and chipping paint off a railing and repainting it, and prepping and painting the side of our garage. "The roofing material supplier arrived a couple days prior to Brian's crew starting the job.  It took Brian's crew about three days to complete the job.  What impressed me was that they cleaned up after every day and left no big messes - or more importantly no debris.  Once the project was complete I was only able to find one roofing nail that they had missed.  The roof looks great - we're very happy with our choice to use St. Louis Premier Roofing.

"GCS did an excellent job executing a pretty complicated project. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. The bid that Dennis provided was very detailed and thorough. He came by several times to take measurements and ask questions about our intentions and goals for the project. He also had his electrical and HVAC subcontractors contact us to gather information about the project. It took about two weeks for the bid to be completed, which caused us to get a little impatient, but the final result was far more complete and thorough than any of the other bids we received. The cost was also very competitive. Work started soon after we signed the contract. Dennis did a very good job of coordinating the the tasks, including bringing the various subcontractors to the site in a timely manner, and within about 6 weeks we had the foundations poured and the basic framing done on the 8'x10' kitchen addition and the 16'x20' 1st floor bedroom/basement addition. Dennis' team were receptive to the changes to the plan (there will always be changes to the plan) that we asked for. The changes were documented, invoiced and priced reasonably. There was a lot of inside work to perform, so that took another 3 months or so. Insulation, drywalling, drywall finishing, carpet removal and installation, removal of the old kitchen cabinets and appliances, etc. Again, Dennis did a good job of scheduling the various specialists to come in and do their thing. Dennis was very responsive to any issues or concerns that came up through text messaging or by phone. Problems: Main issue was that the pace of work in the middle of the project was slower than we would have liked. This was mostly an issue with one individual worker. Overall: We are very happy with the results of the project and would recommend GCS highly. Attached picture is of the kitchen interior just prior to completion. It is exactly what we had envisioned."

"The deck was sparkling clean after the power wash. They used high quality stain, and the deck looks terrific. They were very careful not to disturb the landscaping, and not to get stain on the house. Excellent job.
