"Steve and his team have done a great job.  In addition, they were one of very few drywall companies who seemed willing to work directly with a homeowner during very busy construction times, several years ago.  They've consistently done a good job, on schedule, and did exactly what we asked. "

"During a major rain storm an upstairs bedroom window began to leak. <br /> <br /> Four (4) years earlier all 21 of my residential windows and two french door were replaced with high end windows and doors by a licensed and quot;reputable window contractorand quot;. The windows were and quot;caulkedand quot; on the interior and exterior as they were installed by the window contractor. The following day my licensed painting contractor arrived and began cleaning and priming the house and windows for paint. The process of painting was completed the next day. The upstairs window leaked during a wind driven rain event and the contractor sent out a technician who stated it was caulked wrong on the top window trim. (Concave versus convex ?) <br /> <br /> When it leaked this time I called Shane and ask him to have a look at the problem. Shane arrived a short time later and examined each of the windows and the doors. Shane took the time to show me what the problem was. Many of the windows had been sealed with what appeared to be and quot;window putty glazingand quot;. This rubbery glazing material basically disintegrated and all that was sealing the windows was the latex primer and paint. A series of storms were in the weather forecast so Shane knew time was of the essence. Within 24 hours Shane fit us into his schedule and got to work on the problem. Shane actual took the time to show me exactly how the windows and trim should have been completed in the first place. He completed the project in one (1) day for the price he quoted. His work was neat, clean and well done. It is worth mentioning he found other problems with the installation of the windows along the way and corrected those issues as well at no additional expense. The true test of his work came later during extreme wind driven rains. The windows did not leak and we were amazed that the noise associated with the events dropped to minimal levels like when they were originally installed. <br /> <br /> We were so pleased with his work and his dedication to getting the job done right the first time, we have scheduled him to paint the interior of our residence in March. We will write a review of his additional work at that time. <br /> <br /> We highly recommend Shane based on his integrity, effort, performance. and end results."
