"We found that the wall in our laundry closet was soft and damp. After opening the wall a bit we found massive water damage. Ray with Lopez Bros Construction responded quickly to our request for quote, came out and assessed the damage, and gave us an idea of what it would cost. He then pointed out the demo work that was needed and offered to allow us to do what we could of the work to save us money. Once the demo work we could do ourselves was done, Ray and his crew came out to complete it and then identify where the leak was. This had clearly been going on for some time as the entire floor and subfloor was completely rotten. Ray coordinated the plumber to fix the leak, remove the water heater that was in the garage on the other side of the laundry wall as it was pressing through the other side. After allowing several days for everything to dry out, Ray and his crew then began building back the floor and the walls. Work was completed within a week. Everyone was professional and careful to keep the mess to a very minimum. Ray communicated everything he found, his plan to fix, and showing progress throughout the project. He always let us decide how far to go (removing the water heater and repairing the other side of the wall was our decision) and never pressed to do any more than what we were comfortable with. The project was much bigger than expected, but the price of the work wasn't much more than what was originally discussed. SUPER happy with Lopez Bros work!"

"Sandra, Cesar and team did a fantastic job with our deck. We had an old, cedar deck that needed re-finishing and we decided to replace the handrails of the deck with cable along with creating support on the deck for a submerged hot tub to sit on the deck. Sandra was extremely friendly and responsive from the beginning with pictures and descriptions of what they would do to meet the requirements - we went back and forth quite a bit with my questions but she worked with me through it all. The work was completed in 3 weeks - they accommodated by working on weekends since the weather in Seattle didn't play along and they weren't able to stain on some days as well. Cesar and Luis pay a lot of attention to detail while on the job. They spent a lot of time on ensuring that the support structure was built to be functional and yet, safe. Even after the work was complete, we decided that we didn't like the way a part of the job was completed and they came back out in less than a week from the time that I contacted them to get it fixed to our liking and did the work for free. I highly recommend them!!"

"This company was efficient in their work and cleaned up nicely after themselves. I had a complete bathroom remodel after a water leak and they even did outside stair replacement with handrails to my front door. This company went above and beyond on their customer service. The only reason I gave them a 4.5 because I never knew their intended work schedule and was given a 3 day window with them leaving at noon without telling me if they were coming back after lunch. I didn't realize they were letting the tile set and the grout dry. I would have just liked the heads up for that, otherwise their craftmanship was spot on and their tile work was fantastic in the bathroom. Outside they had to do concrete and post work and those are level, Exceptional job well done for both crews."
