"My hardwood floors where so bad that I didn't think where going to be salvageable. I wasn't expecting any miracles, but he preformed one. I had water damage from a leaky ice maker, the place where my mastiff's water bowl set for ten years, there where scratches, gaps between the boards, I had one room that the floor was covered with linoleum that I had just removed the day before, there was a obvious difference in colors and a line where the threshold was. James made everything go away. I had just got divorced and my ex wife took all of the furniture. I was going to Fiji the day after he stopped by to give me a estimate. I wanted to have the floors finished before I got home, so that I could refurnish my house. I got home last night and the floors are beautiful. I'm going to hire him again to refinish my stairs, my mastiff clawed them up really bad. Ex wife took the dog too. It was nice dealing with the owner of the company that was doing the work, he has skill, talent and takes pride in doing a good job. I keep looking for a place to add before and after pictures, but I don't see that option."

"Check your invoices carefully. They overcharge. I had several types of work done by Pac West Floors. When I reviewed the invoices, I found several discrepancies. I was charged for Sales Tax on the Quotes and again on the invoices (double charged). I was billed for work that was not done, etc. All together overcharged $1400.00. Tried to work with them, first person - yes, we owe you refund. No refund. Sent info to owner - no answer. I have invoices to verify claims.,"

"Floors look great! Think they should take three days vs two to get the work done. Can tell they left in a hurry, leaving tape and other debris around the house. Also black cord on sanding machine marred the walls but overall the floors look lovely, the staff was great and the result was good. A delicate, very difficult to remove layer of dust in every room in my house! Still dusting 4 days later! Again, floors are beautiful! Thanks Kien"
