"We built a new deck on our 1970 house in Shoreline. Cameron and his crew (Dale and Ryan in particular) are awesome to work with. Top notch quality work and we love the finished product that will last for many years to come. The team built the deck in record time - minus the railing which was contracted to another company. My frustration was with the railing company (apparently had not worked with them before). The glass railing took 3.5 months to deliver when they had quoted 3-4 weeks… and the communication on the shifting dates was spotty. This was also around the time of the massive heat wave this summer so some of the boards understandably started bowing and expanding - Dale came by each time and made sure to fix any issues. Really appreciated it."

"We needed a light fixture installed on the outside of our house. This required cutting a hole in the siding on our brand new house. I had heard a lot of good things about Side Pro so I gave them a call. They exceeded all of our expectations. Their receptionist was very helpful and professional and scheduled someone to come do the work in less than one week. The installer arrived on time and cut the hole, installed the block and flashing, caulked around the edge, in about 30 minutes and it looks fantastic. "The GC, Don came out to give the estimate. He was knalagble and have a detailed list of what was going to be done and how long it would take. The estimate came in half of what the others 3 companies, I'm not sure if this was done on purpose to get the job or not. There was an issue with the old paint that was on the walls prior to starting the job. Don found a solution to fix it for the new paint that was going on over the old paint. This fix was part of the ariganal estimate. The work started on time with Melbin. Melbin had a hard time following the work listed on the estimate. He tried adding thing to the work that was called out for. He also went to the pait store to find out how to deal with the paint issue when that was already addressed. The store associated came up with a different solution that would cost me more for the work. Melbin called Don and Don called me to let me know it would cost me almost as much as the ariganal estimate. Work was stopped for less than half a day."
