"This review is long overdue. Cameron and his crew were fantastic! Due to woodpecker damage, I needed to have my house re-sided in Hardie Plank, and I also developed a bad case of, "well, as long as we're doing that...." They removed the old siding, fixed any areas underneath that needed re-sheathing or re-framing (due to water damage), and then installed the new siding. That was all included in the original price quote. I also decided to update most of the windows and sliding glass doors in the house. When the new custom bay windows arrived and were incorrectly configured (no one's fault on my end or Cameron's, as I recall), he graciously re-ordered them, made triple-sure the configuration was correct, and only charged the price difference between the prior configuration and the correct one. His crew also replaced some exterior stairs and 3 decks for me, one of which was badly deteriorated. Not even pressure treated wood can withstand years of Seattle rain, so my main deck was rotting away. They did a beautiful job of repairing and replacing, so I also had them do the walkway up to to my front door to match. Then came the painting, and the paint job on my house is drop-dead, stunningly gorgeous. It was so stunning that the next two neighbors up from me (with identical floor plans), decided to paint their houses as well. All three are now bright, cheery, primary colors. Along the way, Cameron and the Modernized Exteriors crew did lots of little extras, kept me informed about how the work was going, had me inspect frequently, and charged very fair prices. They even sent someone out to fix an old window leak that hadn't gotten fixed by the re-siding process. My fiancee kept an eye on the work progress too, and as a tradesman himself, he highly approved of the quality of their work. I can't say enough good things, and I will hire them again in a heartbeat for exterior work. I just wish they also did interior work, so I could hire them for a bathroom remodel!"

I had heard a lot of good things about Side Pro so I gave them a call. They exceeded all of our expectations. Their receptionist was very helpful and professional and scheduled someone to come do the work in less than one week. The installer arrived on time and cut the hole, installed the block and flashing, caulked around the edge, in about 30 minutes and it looks fantastic. "The work quality was excellent and the team did a great job. We had requested a quote and spoken with Richard a year prior to hiring and he was understanding when we had an emergency and couldn't move forward initially. A year later and Richard came back out to refresh his memory and verify everything, speaking with my wife and I about the process and options. We booked for Jan 2020 and the crew (Alcindor & Miguel) worked hard in the cold weather and let us know when they'd need to pause for snow. They did a great job and completed the whole shebang (remove old aluminum siding, replace insulation, sheath the whole house, new siding, replace a window, and paint the front door inside and out) in just 2 weeks. The fixed a few problems we didn't know we had (front deck ledger was installed wrong, no fascia on roof) without charging extra. Richard came back out afterward to check the work and spotted 1 minor mistake that they came back out and fixed on their own initiative. We had all the exterior on our project replaced and the entire project took less than we anticipated. The crew worked well and overall we are VERY pleased with our new siding and windows. They even added new soffit at a reasonable cost to make our project look fresh and clean. The new siding and windows gave our property the added outside touch that was needed. Also, they ensured to caulk and seal all areas making the exterior very easy to clean with pressure washers and we don't have to worry about water infiltration. Which was something I was really looking forward to.
