Next day another guy showed up to do work and tells me my air gap needed replacing and now there would be another service charge plus cost of replacement as he would need to come back again. He did not reattach my water hose unbeknownst to me and when I turned on water it leaked all over. Next day Arden shows up to replace air gap and as I was not happy gave me discount finished work but could not put on bottom panel as the other repairmen took the screws, said he could come back anytime in the next couple weeks. About a week or so later I texted him and he said yes he would finish but then never heard back. Even when I texted again. While the dishwasher works fine the service was not."
