"After several long years of designing and permitting our home remodel during the pandemic, we were searching for a good contractor to build out our remodel and second story addition. Avi and David were wonderful; very thorough in explaining the process, answering all of our questions, and settling on a price that was reasonable and within our budget. During the building process, David was very responsive, available, and receptive to changes and last minute decisions made along the way. The project took longer than anticipated and there were some unexpected setbacks, but David and Avi worked quickly to fix issues and keep the project moving forward. "My husband and I really enjoyed working with Ben and his team at Creative Home Remodeling Group. Ben oversaw everything from making the plans, getting them approved by the city, scheduling the entire build and doing all final inspections. We really appreciate how communicative Ben was with what day and a time window we could expect the different work groups to come and what work would be done those days. If my husband or I ever had questions or problems with anything that was going on during our construction we were encouraged to call Ben and he helped create a solution that was workable for all of us. We liked that Ben and his team took care of everything from beginning to end and we did not have to hire any additional contractors along the way. We did have to purchase the specific fixtures and tiling we wanted.) We added apx 200 sq feet to our home, which included a bathroom, walk-in closet and room extension. The total process took exactly 1 year from signing our contract to us being able to use our added rooms. (That included making the plans, getting them approved by the city, the build, the installation and final walkthrough with the city inspector.)
