"Called Augustine Roofing to have them look at the damage. They promptly sent a contractor, Dakota, to assess the damage. Dakota offered to climb the roof and inspect the damage even though it was quite windy. He was able to get into the attic and visually confirm that the leak was from the roof. But we decided not to get on to the roof because of the wind. The very day they were able to provide an estimate in writing. After a week we had it repaired without much hassle. They were able to fix a date as soon as I signed the documents and they promptly showed up on the agreed upon date and fixed the roof in a timely manner."

Project Consultant David Juntilla arrived shortly thereafter, barely 12 hours after I first noticed the leak. David’s obvious knowledge, competence and professionalism were very reassuring to me. Obviously this will be an extensive repair job for our condo association, but in the meantime, later that same day, Roofing & More sent a worker to effect temporary repairs and forestall any further water getting into my condo. "Fantastic experience! Nhoj Snekeim called me a few minutes after I contacted Home Advisor, and came to the house the same day to look at my house. A piece of metal trim had been torn off by a wind storm. I was impressed with the excellent customer service, and honesty displayed. Due to hail damage, I needed a whole new roof, and Nhoj met with the insurance adjuster, who agreed, and approved the job. The Atlantic crew worked very hard, finishing the job in the dark, at 8:00 pm with flashlights so the roof would be secure before the snowstorm that arrived the next morning. "Extremely well. Workers were professional and courteous. Cleaned up extremely well. In fact came back a second day to do a second sweep that included metal detection to get all the nails. Also, they reviewed their own work and were not satisfied with the flashing installation so they came back a couple days later with new material to replace it. No additional cost to us. Overall, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new roof."
