"We called DoneRite after the water heater replacement company fiddled with the Town’s water supply end and somehow caused a blockage that shut off water supply coming into our house. Willis and his assistant arrived promptly and were confident in their assessment of the situation and their proposed solution. They were courteous in their interactions and also said that if their solution did not work then they would not charge us. The Town had informed us the previous day that they should be contacted first to come and shut off the Town end of the supply for any repair work. Willis was respectful of this request from us and waited patiently for half an hour for the Town to send their people. Willis suggested a replacement for our main water valve (which was very old and stuck), and also got our water supply back quickly. "Technicians were on time and very courteous.  They thoroughly inspected and cleaned my 15 yr old air conditioner and changed my air filter as advertised.  Although they indicated that the system was nearing the end of its life due to high readings for volts, and strain on the motor, etc., they did not pressure me to unnecessarily replace parts at this time.  They did provide me with a few options for repairing or replacing the system in the future should it fail, all without the high pressure attempt to sell me more than I need at the moment (something I hate).
