"BRANDON ARRIVED SHORTLY AFTER WE SPOKE ON THE PHONE. I WAS ALREADY STRESSING OVER THE FACT THAT ANOTHER PERSON HAD COME OUT A MONTH AGO AND SAID THE WASHER NEEDED A NEW SEAL. TOOK $175 TOWARD REPAIR, THEN LEFT ME HIGH AND DRY. BRANDON DETERMINED THE WASHER IS FINE. JUST TOO HEAVY A LOAD BEING WASHED. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC AND SAID IF YHE PEOBLEM ARISES AGAIN, HE WOULD COME BACK FREE OF CHARGE!! NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!"

"Preston explained the problem and told us the cost and parts needed. He fixed it, but after he left, it started squeaking again and thumping. He came back the next day and corrected the problem. He saw another issue and ordered the part and fixed that. He charged a very reasonable price and told us beforehand if it was a certain part, it would be cheaper to buy a new dryer. I don’t like buying new appliances when I have an older, solidly built one. Preston is honest, very professional, and a bit of a perfectionist. He went beyond what I expected, and I would definitely call him again. I would gladly recommend him to anyone needing appliance repairs."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"The gentleman arrived on time he was very polite he was knowledgeable about the dryer and the repairs required how are you"

"Quick Fast N Hurry is aptly named for this business. Mr. Harper quickly responded to my request for an estimate and service; his service charge was reasonable too. He was also able to get me on his schedule quick, fast and a hurry. Once scheduled, he was communicative throughout the entire service experience, even sending a reminder the day before the and day off. He arrived when he said he would. I really liked that he was respectful of my time. He did a diagnostic and was able to repair my washer at the same time . He was polite, efficient, productive, and professional. I also felt that he was trustworthy. I would definitely use Mr. Harper at Quick Fast N Hurry, LLC again for appliance installation or repair."
