"I went to Everett Carpeting because they are local and had a good reputation. When we ordered the hardwood, we had about a 2 month wait for installation. The cost of hardwood was a lot higher than compeitiors. They came a day early than planned and when we asked how long would this take; Gary, our salesman said about 3 or 4 days. Well, some days one guy came other days two men and on a another day I didn't see anyone. I was gone but came home at 2 pm and no one was there. It took about 10 days. The installation went a lot better than anticipated. Gary, salesman, put a premium on taking out the old hardwood but when the actual tear out happened it went very well. When I questioned the extra money, Gary said we had a difficult installation. In the end the floor looks Great!!! Thanks to Adam, the installer. <br /> On the last day, a worker came in to put grout around the base of my fireplace where the hardwood butts up. He had two colors: vanilla and dark chocolate. Neither color matched. He put the vanilla color down and I asked him to remove it because it looked bad. I asked if he could get a matching color and he said "That's all they had". I was floored; for a $15K job you couldn't go to Home Depot and get a matching color. (My husband went to Home Depot, found the color and did the work). <br /> After the workers left, I noticed a big gouge about the size of a silver dollar in my doorway from kitchen to livingroom and another hole punched into wall where they removed moulding. I calledl Gary and told him about the holes and he never said a word. It was estimated it would take $100 to fill, sand and paint two holes. I deducted the $100 from my bill and sent in a check. Gary called and wanted his $100. Ok I said. Will never do business with you again. Went to AT Frank and ordered my area rugs. <br /> I was disappointed in the service. I am looking at the big picture and felt that Everett could care less after they have your money. <br /> <br /> UPDATE: September 4, 2013 <br /> Tom Everett called and offered an apology for the way this situation was handled. He found out about it only after Angies List contacted the Company. I felt he was very sincere and offered $200 for the damage. I told him to send it to a local nonprofit in my name. It wasn't about the money!!!"

"Bill came to the house the same day I called him. He measured and discussed installation. The next day he called with the estimate. I agreed to it, and gave him a deposit check the following day. The carpet came in when promised, and the installation dates were confirmed. Bill needed a second check before bringing the carpet. Installation took two days as planned. The installation quality is excellent. Bill and his son even helped me move large furniture I couldn't handle alone. When installation was complete I gave Bill the final check. Total cost met the estimate. You have to look past the long hair, because Bill does excellent work on time and at cost. <br />"

"Robert Coleman was a joy to work with, I cant say enough good things about him & the company.There  AMAZING!!!!!!!!  , I have tried to get the pet stains out my self with no luck, I've even had carpet company's come clean my carpets with no luck. I called Color Your Carpet and I set up a appointment  they came out right away, I cant begin to tell you how happy i'm to have my carpets looking like there brand new again, My house is 18 years old and looks like I bought brand new carpet & the pet stains & smell are long gone. I love to entertain & my friends all think I installed brand new carpet. I wish I would have found them years ago all my problems would have been solved. I have told all my friends & family & coworkers. "Chad and Kyle called and could come earlier than scheduled, and that was great for us. They wore shoe protectors when coming in and out of the house, and protected our wall corners from the air duct exhaust hose. They were extremely professional and got right to work. We could hear all the 20+ years of debris going out through the air duct hose. Not sure if previous owners of our house ever ducts cleaned before, but we're sure glad it was done right for us. After the ducts were cleaned, they got right to work on the carpet. It looked so much brighter when they were done. They used their truck mounted extraction method, and it didn't take too long for the carpet to dry afterwards. Would highly recommend! They will be our go-to cleaners in the future!"
