"I recently started inquiring about getting a new roof installed. I met with each company but one really stuck out while trying to pick the contractor to install the most important part of my home. Storm Maters' Kerry Klein arrived on time, actually started to inspect the roof before I got there. Once I did get to the house, Kerry was actually measuring the entire roof; first contractor to do that. Once he was done on the roof, approximately 30 minutes, I had the pleasure of speaking to him about some of my concerns. The entire quote took about an hour and a half but my concerns became his. He offered many solutions, he's extremely knowledgeable and very, very thorough. He climbed every inch of my attic inspecting it as he went to ensure he didn't miss anything. "I REALLY liked the salesperson that we bought it from. HE was excellent. When there was a glitch with our siding order, he came back out to check things out. HOWEVER, the guy who put up our siding was not real particular. He cut off our gutters when they were to be removed and re-hung. I AM pleased that the company replaced them without any hassle. The siding was over hanging the gables. It wasn't until we said something that he fixed it. That was the overall problem. Unless we caught a problem, it would have remained. While it might be our house itself, the siding installment is not what I'd consider "A". I don't think that I should be the one pointing out mistakes and getting them fixed. I think that they should have just been fixed. I'm glad that the guy was nice. But the end result was not installed like we had pictured."
