Prompt response to my original request. Prompt arrival for ALL subsequent visits - by the sales rep, 2 different measurement guys, and the installers.
We had a very tight schedule and they met it.
The installations were done beautifully.  I was personally home for the door installation (the windows were done on a separate day) and I can tell you that the two guys paid alot of attention to all the details, tested the door, cleaned the door, swept up after themselves, etc.  They were very courteous throughout.
I am SO happy with my new windows.  3 of them were straight-up replacements. And never have I had windows that slid up and down so well.  And the 4th was a replacement of my kitchen over-the-sink window with a window that cranks open.  It is lovely.  It is a huge window, but even my 9 year old can crank it open and closed.
I am already planning on calling them again for several more windows and would recommend them to anyone.

"The whole process was relatively smooth. the sales person was good and knowledgeable. After signing the contract, two person crew came to measure. It took about a month and a half before windows were ready. Scheduling during the winter was a bit difficult, but it was not their problem. In bad weather, I would not want them climbing a tall ladder to install the window. Install was done professionally. We are satisfied. We would use them again.

"Shane and Jessie were the workers who came to do the install of the 4 windows and a 8 ft slider. They came when they said and stayed until the whole job was complete. Shane treated my condo like it was his and did an amazing job. They worked great together, answered all my questions, explained everything they were doing and came every day until the job was finished. Would highly recommend them for any installs."

"I just had windows install by these guys and let me tell you I'm glad I did, the service was great and so is the quality of the products we ordered. We are loving our new windows and although we were told it could take 6 to 8 weeks before we could be contacted for the install it only took 3 weeks from the date of order. Bruce the sales man is a great guy with a lot of window service experience. Robert the installation manager was very helpful. "I signed up for Home Advisor to get a quote on a bathroom remodel at 9:30 pm.  Steve called 2 minutes after I put in the request.  It
appeared I jumped the gun and didn?t need the work yet.  However, I found out a few weeks later that I had a water leak in my basement.  I called up Steve and he came over to investigate and tell us what he thinks.  We ended up paying him to build an awning over our walk out and to investigate the basement wall.  His crew was very professional and hard working.  When that was completed, we hired them to install a pergola over our deck.  It looks great and took less time than we were expecting.  I recommend the team.
