My bill was nearly $5000 so that helped. The workers were very nice. I had an overall good experience. One thing though was that after the pressure washing and sanding I pointed out a few times that when the deck was wet there were several places where it looked as if it needed further sanding because it was discolored. But they assured me that it would not cause a problem and they were wrong. Those discolored areas are there."

He installed 80' of cedar fencing and another 250' of wire fencing. When I wanted to add three more panels months later, he showed up when he said he would and knocked it out of the park. Can't say enough good things about his service and craftsmanship."
