"One of the best experiences we have had in home improvement projects. Our carpet had held up well but after 18 years it was time for a change. We visited a couple of the big box stores and was not impressed. A friend recommended Ted's and we can't thank her enough. This is very professional but friendly organization. The sales person took all the time needed to understand our plan and to offer suggestions to improve it (not up pricing but real improvements). He was able to come that day to the house for the measurements and the carpet was ordered shortly after that. They were able to support our requested install date with a team of very professional installers. They arrived on time and did not waste any time getting to it. Talk about a well organized team. Furniture was moving, old carpet was being pulled and the new was going in. The site was cleaned up at the end of the first day and they finished up ahead of time on the second day. Beautiful end result and a great experience getting there. Ted's is definitely the little shop that can. Price was great, sales was great, install was great and followup was great. Who could ask for more."

"As promised the installers came in on time and worked diligently to remove the ceramic tile which was extensive and very well adhered to the concrete slab, but they got the job done, prepped the floor for the installation of the wood flooring. They discussed with me how I wanted the wood layed and were open to my suggestions. The installers did a great job and easily adapted to a couple of changes I asked for. The job was finished on time and they worked hard to clean up as they went."

"I was very pleased with my experience with TLC.  I was frantic to find someone to come out same day to clean up carpet stains left by our dog and to remove the odor.  Our dog had gotten into something that did not agree with her tummy and left us quite a mess on our carpet.  TLC was extremely responsive and said they could send someone out same day between 12-2pm.  The technician arrived shortly after noon and immediately got to work.  I also liked the fact that when I called and when the technician came they both informed me that there is no guarantee of pet stains coming out 100% and that they could reappear.  They wanted to be honest with me of this fact since many companies will not tell you this.  After about 20-30 minutes I was asked to check the location and whether I was satisfied.  The stains were gone and the smell was gone!  I was very pleased with the service, the professionalism of the technician, and the price.  I would definitely use them again! <br />"

"My hot water heater, in the attic, broke and flooded a large portion of my house, including both hardwood & carpeted floors. To have the flooring replaced, I interviewed representatives from several flooring companies. I chose Simmons Floorcovering because of their professionalism, reasonable pricing, and their many positive reviews. I definitely made the correct choice! Siegfried was great I work with. He was very responsive, efficient, and customer-oriented. Bruno and his crew removed the old flooring and did the subsequent installation. The did an excellent job and my new floors look beautiful! What impressed me the most was the honesty of Siegfried and Bruno when, at one point during the installation, Bruno discovered moisture on the slab in a bedroom. He showed me the moisture and said that he could not continue the installation until the moisture problem was remedied. My immediate response was to thank Bruno for his honesty, as I know that some flooring companies would have gone ahead and put the flooring down over the wet slab, without telling me about it. Siegfried followed up with a moisture check and graciously spoke with the slab leak plumber when he came to check for a plumbing leak. Needless to say, this problem disrupted not only my schedule, but also Simmons' installation schedule. After the slab moisture problem was fixed, however, Seigfried and Bruno were able to quickly reschedule the installation and finish the job. I cannot more highly recommend Simmons Floorcovering!"
